Yea! I am so excited about this, especially considering how difficult it is to maintain a gluten-free diet today. While whole grains are healthy, it doesn’t always have to consist of wheat. There are so many grains that are unbeknownst to many that more traditional cultures still continue to thrive on. Go Mary!
